<p>The grapes in this Grenache come from Martian Ranch Vineyard, a Demeter certified biodynamic vineyard situated on the south west side of Alisos Canyon. This Grenache block is a massal selection interplanted with several different clones. This block handles whole cluster really well! You can definitely feel the love at this vineyard site. Surrounded by rows of flowers, bird boxes, and Santa Barbara County oak sprinkled hills, this vineyard is truly a treat to source grapes from!</p><p>This Grenache came together from two fermenters and only the best 6 barrels of Grenache in the cellar produced this wine. One of the fermenters was fermented 100% whole cluster and the other was destemmed. The ferments spent between 14-16 days on skins and were pressed gently.Aging 9 months in neutral French oak then settled in tank for 1 month before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.</p><p>Production:132 cases</p><p>Note from the wine maker “She’s one aeromatic lady!
