<ul><li>Variety: Pinot Noir</li><li>Size: 0.30 ha (0.74 ac)</li><li>Vine Age: 70-80 years for the 2022 vintage and before, 130 years for the 2023 vintage.</li><li>Terroir: From Dessus Les Vermots, stony soil.</li><li>Viticulture: Biodynamic (not certified), manual late hedging with shears.</li><li>Vinification: 100% whole-cluster, 2-3-week ambient yeast fermentation and carbonic maceration in tank, minimal extraction by wetting the cap with buckets and 1 foot tread near the end of fermentation, aged for 10-12 months in used 228 and/or 350 L barrels, blended in tank for 1 month, no fining, no filtration, SO2 only added before bottling (approx. 10 ppm).</li></ul>
