<p>This village-level Vosne‑Romanée is assembled from six distinct lieux‑dits—across Vosne proper, Genaivrières, Maizières Basses, Les Violettes, Les Jacquines, and Croix Blanche—featuring predominantly old-vine Pinot Fin selections organically farmed and vinified individually. </p><p>Fruit is hand-harvested with roughly one-third whole-cluster inclusion. The northern parcels contribute most of the bunches, while about 10% is fermented whole in 450 L barrels that are rolled rather than punched down (“vinification intégrale”). The team uses gentle extraction and native-yeast fermentation, followed by roughly 18 months of élevage in 300–450 L barrels—about 15% new oak—before bottling unfined and unfiltered.</p>
