<p>A site-specific Chardonnay from Ente’s monopole parcel—fully enclosed and sheltered, planted on shallow limestone soils at the top of the Puligny hill. Hand-harvested and whole-cluster pressed, this wine reflects Ente’s signature low-intervention style. It undergoes spontaneous fermentation and 18 months élevage in French oak (approx. 20–30% new), with minimal sulfur, no fining or filtration.</p>
