<p>Bereche’s newest Coteaux Champenois – their first from the Grand Cru village of Aÿ. ’23 marks their second vintage. We’ve long loved past bottlings of Les Monts Fournois (and its evolution at the new domaine), but this still wine from Aÿ marks an exciting step forward for the still wines.</p><p>Arrives late Feb or Early March 2026.</p>
