Scott Hentry Trellis, shoot-thinned, cluster-thinned, hand-harvested Nov. 5th at 22 Brix. The wine was fermented in stainless steel tank and finished with a residual sugar of 5% (8.5 g/l) and 8.5% alcohol</p><p>The fruit for this Riesling is picked at a very ripe stage which leads to a wine bursting with flavor.This wine is made in the style of a German Spatlese with higher residual sugar and lower alcohol. For a sweeter Riesling this wine is perfectly balanced and a perfect pairing with spicy Asian food</p><p>
