<p>New to the Chanterêves lineup, this cuvée is sourced from the south-facing Clos des Godeaux vineyard in Savigny-lès-Beaune. The Pinot Noir grapes are hand-harvested and undergo spontaneous fermentation, incorporating a portion of whole clusters to enhance structure and freshness. Aged for several months in used French oak barrels, the wine is crafted with minimal intervention to preserve the purity of fruit and the expression of terroir. This addition reflects Chanterêves’ commitment to organic farming and precise, transparent winemaking.</p><p>Wine arrives late July, 2025</p>
