<p>Planted in the 1960s on the northern side of Nuits-Saint-Georges, just below 1er Cru Bousselot. A gentle slope with eastern exposure. Fermented with 100% whole clusters, ambient yeasts, and no sulfur added — macerated for 10 days with just two punch-downs. Aged 12 months: half in used barrels, half in ceramic. Unfined, unfiltered. A small addition of sulfur after malolactic.</p>
