<p>Since we’ve made a Côte de Brouilly in 2020 we kept dreaming about a new opportunity for this cuvee. In 2023 the grapes were harvested at the lieu-dit Le Poyebade. The vineyard lays on the west side of the mountain Brouilly with the height of 370m, which is quite impressive. The lieu-dit Poyebade is in appellation of Cote de Brouilly. Because of the location the vineyard is only having sun during the afternoon, this is why there is such a great mix of ripeness and freshness at the same time. After a maceration of almost 2 weeks we pressed this cuvee and later on we aged the wine on used Burgundy barrels for 10 months.</p><p>Production of just 2080 bottles</p>
