<p>Domaine Dupont‑Fahn is a family estate rooted in Tailly, just south of Meursault proper, now managed by Raymond Dupont‑Fahn in the fifth generation. ‘Les Tillets’ comes from one of Meursault’s highest elevation sites—rich in rocky topsoil—initially deemed too stony to classify but now recognized for profound expression. The 2022 is made from 100% Chardonnay, fermented and aged in barrels with approximately 20% new oak, all under 3 years old. Raymond favors early harvesting, organic farming, no chaptalization, and moderate élevage to preserve freshness and purity.</p>
