<p>From a 0.47 ha parcel in the southern sector of Gevrey-Chambertin, adjacent to Morey-Saint-Denis. Vines planted in 1930 on limestone-clay soils. Hand-harvested, fully destemmed, with a 3–4 day cold soak. Fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel, followed by 18–20 months aging in neutral French oak barrels. Bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur.</p><p>Lands back late July, 2025.</p>
