<p>From a 0.55 ha parcel planted in 1961, situated just below 1er Cru La Riotte on limestone-clay soils. Hand-harvested, destemmed, and cold-soaked for 3–4 days. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel, followed by 18–20 months aging in neutral French oak. Bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur.</p><p>Lands back late July, 2025. </p>
