<p>100% Chardonnay from a walled parcel within Les Vergers, planted in 1910. Hand-harvested, whole-cluster pressed; native yeast fermentation in 228L French oak barrels (approx. 33% new). Aged 12 months on fine lees in barrel, followed by 6 months in stainless steel. Bottled unfiltered.</p>
