<p>This Chardonnay comes from the left-bank Forêts climat, a sub-site of Montmains, where thin, stony clays over Kimmeridgian limestone and southeast exposures yield a tense, mineral profile. Fermentation follows whole-bunch pressing with native yeasts, and élevage runs long on lees in a mix of stainless steel and large demi-muids with no new oak, preserving purity and flinty detail. </p><p>Wine arrives late September, 2025.</p>
