<p>Certified organic. Vignes de Ratier is a sunny terroir in the village of Morogues where the bedrock lies just centimenters below the surface. 7,500 vines/hectare with southwest exposure.</p><p>SOIL: Kimmeridgian marl bedrock under just 50 centimeters of topsoil.</p><p>VINIFICATION: Direct pressing of grapes, fermented with natural yeast in a combination of wooden vats and tank.</p><p>AGING: Aged in on the lees in a combination on 70% wood (Foudres and used 400L barrels) and 30% tank.</p><p>A mineral wine with power and electric vibrancy. It is long, persistent and goes down easy!</p>
