<p>This premier cru comes from <em>Les Jarrons</em>, a warm, south-facing slope with stony clay-limestone soils that naturally produce more structured and ageworthy Pinot Noir. The domaine harvests by hand, fully destems the fruit, and ferments with native yeasts in traditional open tanks. Élevage is carried out in mostly older barrels to preserve the vineyard’s character, with gentle rackings and minimal intervention before bottling without fining.</p>
