<p>This rare Savigny white comes from <em>Dessus les Gollardes</em>, where old vines of Pinot Blanc (with a small proportion of Chardonnay) are planted on well-drained clay-limestone soils. The fruit is hand-harvested, direct-pressed, and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel before aging in older barrels to maintain freshness and precision. The domaine works reductively and with minimal intervention, bottling without fining to preserve purity and site expression.</p>
