<p>This Nebbiolo comes from organically farmed vineyards in Montelupo Albese, just east of Serralunga d’Alba, offering wines made with whole cluster fermentation ( about 80%) and native yeasts, then aged in stainless steel before bottling unset and unfiltered. No additives, minimal sulfur.</p><p>The 2023 is floral yet grounded. Think red rose petals, raspberry, wild strawberry, and iron-flecked earth. It’s medium-bodied with clean acidity, fine tannin, and notable salinity—structured but inviting.</p>
