This 100% Dolcetto Rosso is sourced from organically farmed vineyards in Montelupo Albese, just outside Barolo. Fermented whole‑cluster with wild yeasts over eight days, it undergoes full malolactic conversion and ages only in stainless steel. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with minimal intervention</p><p>Juicy, drinkable and showing the signature spice he pulls out from including whole clusters into the fermentation. </p>
