<p>Encruzado, Bical, Fernão Pires, Barcelo, Cerceal and Malvasia Fina.</p><p>Vineyard Area: From gently sloped vines in Oliveira do Hospital</p><p>Soil: Sandy topsoils over granite bedrock</p><p>Elevation: 580 to 600 meters</p><p>Exposure: East-west</p><p>Vinification: Bical and Fernão Pires are harvested first followed by the other varieties seven to ten days later. The two picks are pressed separately and then blended as soon as possible to begin spontaneous fermentation in bottle (no added sulfites).</p>
