<p> Limozin sits just below the 1er Crus of Genevrières and Poruzots and is next to 1er Cru Charmes — vines were planted in the late 1930s.</p><p>Soil: Silty clay-limestone</p><p>Elevation: 230-240 meters</p><p>Exposure: Southeast</p><p>Vinification: Manual harvest, no added yeasts or enzymes, very rarely any bâtonnage, cold and very slow fermentations (late-occurring Malo)</p><p>Maturation: 18 months (20-25% new oak), fined and filtered only when necessary</p><p>Wines arrive mid-to-late November, 2025.</p>
