Bloom Phase is comprised primarily of whole cluster fermented Grenach with Gamay and skin contact Pinot Gris. Fresh and zesty, with a tropical and peppery nose, crunchy blue fruits, and that smooth finish you’ve been looking for your whole life!</p>
