<p>Location: Vineyards are located in the Province of Trapani, in Northwestern Sicily, Italy. Grape Varieties: Nero d’Avola, Perricone Vinification: The grapes were harvested by hand in small crates, then destemmed and macerated for 12-15 days at a controlled temperature of 24-27°C in stainless. Refinement took place in stainless steel tanks for a period of about 6 months. The wine was left to rest in the bottle for another month before release.</p>
