<p>A striking new addition to the Roulot range for 2023, Les Clous is a wholly village-level Meursault drawn from carefully selected hillside parcels. Farming is organic, the fruit is harvested early, gently whole-cluster pressed (0.6 bar), and fermented w/ native yeasts. Élevage runs approximately 18 months in 228 L barrels (10% new) followed by several months in tank and a light filtering before bottling with minimal sulfur.</p>
