<p>This year’s Pure Dolomite also consists of around 60% Chardonnay and 40% Elbling. Here too, the Elbling brings this watery element to the wine. The Chardonnay adds some power and fullness. I maintain that this is the only Chardonnay/Elbling wine in the world. – Jonas Dostert</p>
