<p>Crafted by Tamuna Bidzinashvili in eastern Georgia’s Kakheti region, this qvevri-fermented amber wine blends 95% Rkatsiteli and 5% Kisi. Organically farmed on clay soils, the grapes ferment spontaneously with ambient yeasts and see one month of skin contact. Aged 9 months in qvevri, bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with zero added SO₂. Structured and textured with firm grip and spice—traditional Kakheti winemaking in pure form. Only 100 cases produced.</p>
