In the cellar there, 80% whole cluster (but with a large proportion of the stems snipped off by hand), indigenous yeast fermentation for about 7 days in stainless steel tank. No sulfur added until after malo. Aged for 12 months in older oak barrels</p><p>1 btl limit per customer. Wine arrives 06/30/2025.</p>
