<p>From the upper slope between Santenots and Caillerets, the wine sees a three-day cold soak and 12-day native ferment with early pump overs and light punch-downs, 30% whole clusters, 14 months in barrel (20% new) and 2 months in stainless, then slow lenticular filtration and ~15 mg/L free SO₂, yielding ~750 bottles.</p>
