<p>From one of Savennières’ most artisanal voices, Maison Jaune was founded in 2013 by Jean-Claude Taddei and his wife Lorine as a tiny garagiste project on a single hectare of schist soils in Bouchemaine above the Loire. Taddei — a former professor in Angers — farms biodynamically and with a Fukuoka-inspired minimal-intervention ethos, foregoing tilling and embracing natural biodiversity in the vineyard while maintaining organic certification and ultra-low treatments.
