<p>This ones as fun as it is delicious. A biodynamic, dry Moscato (Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains) from the Val di Noto’s referential Marabino estate. They named it “Muscatedda” which refers to the first vineyard harvested, emphasizing its early ripening and unique character.</p><p>Crafted using organic and biodynamic practices, the wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation and is minimally sulfured, preserving its natural expression. The result is a medium-bodied, aromatic white with notes of orange blossom, honey, woodsmoke, wild mint, balsamic herbs, and a touch of ginger.</p>
