Named after the orchard it comes from which sits at high elevation 950+ft – varieties Goldrush, Ashemads Kernel, Harrison, Wiskson Crab and mixed crab and seedlings apples. The apples are added to the cider over time instead of all at once found it stabilized the wine. Made ancestral method. Even entry level doesn’t necessarily taste like cider necessarily. Has lovely high acid, fresh fruit that could be hybrid if you didn’t know it was apples. Enjoyable. </p>
