<p>Crafted biodynamically at Seresin Estate’s Raupo Creek vineyard in the heart of Marlborough, this Sauvignon Blanc blends 90% Sauvignon Blanc with 10% Semillon. The wine is wild‑fermented parcel by parcel—including a touch of barrel fermentation in older French oak—with no new oak used. After fermentation, parcels are aged on lees for about five to seven months before being gently blended and bottled with minimal sulfur.</p>
