Fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel and aged on fine lees for a year, it’s bottled without oak influence to preserve cut and lift. The 2023 is brisk and mineral, with green apple, lemon pith, and white pepper carrying through a salty, mouthwatering finish. A clean, textural Grüner that’s as easy with seafood as it is on its own.</p>
