<p>This wine is the result of my relentless search for very old vines from the Serra de São Mamede, at an altitude of 700 metres. I have been recovering them over the years.</p><p>It was aged for 8 months in used French oak barrels brought from Burgundy, to preserve the identity of the vineyard.</p><p>The nose is intense and complex, very mineral and with citrus notes. In the mouth it is deep and full-bodied, a perfect symbiosis of the minimality and freshness of the Serra de São Mamede, with the elegance of the Amphorae.</p>
