<p>From a small, mid-slope holding in the northern sector of Nuits on the Vosne border, where very shallow, stony limestone with thin clay—classic “murgers” stones—gives superb drainage and tension; farming is organic in practice. The fruit is hand-harvested, rigorously sorted, and 100% destemmed after ~8–10 days of cold maceration, then fermented 10–20 days with indigenous yeasts and gentle cap work, with no SO₂ before malolactic. Élevage runs 15–18 months in French oak with roughly two-thirds new barrels.</p>
