<p>2023 Sylvain Cathiard Aux Reignots, Vosne-Romanée Premier Cru (Côte de Nuits, France). From a tiny, high-slope parcel (≈0.3 ha) immediately above La Romanée, on extremely shallow, stony limestone and scree with east–southeast exposure; vines were planted between the 1950s and late 1980s and are farmed organically in practice. The fruit is hand-harvested, rigorously sorted, and 100% destemmed after a brief cold soak (~5–7 days), then fermented with indigenous yeasts with gentle cap work and no SO₂ before malolactic. Élevage runs 15–18 months in barrel with roughly two-thirds new oak; bottling is without fining and with only a light filtration. </p>
