<p>From a small, mid-slope parcel in the northern sector of Nuits, near the Vosne border, with east–southeast exposure over very shallow, stony limestone capped by thin clay; farming is organic in practice. The fruit is hand-harvested, strictly sorted, and 100% destemmed after ~8–10 days of cold maceration, then fermented 10–20 days with indigenous yeasts and gentle cap work, with no SO₂ before malolactic. Élevage runs 15–18 months in French oak with roughly one-half to two-thirds new barrels; bottling is done without fining and with only a light filtration.</p>
