<p>From a single northwest-facing parcel (1.38 ha) in Contrada San Paterniano, Serra de’ Conti, farmed organically and biodynamically. Hand-harvested Verdicchio, softly pressed, fermented spontaneously with native yeasts. Aged 6 months on fine lees in stainless steel, no sulfur added until bottling. The wine is textured and mineral-driven—citrus, white flowers, and almond skin—expressing purity and place.</p>
