<p>100% small grain Godello grape, that comes from a 35 years old vine with a clay and sandy soil, located in the town of Pieros. It is an area elevated above the valley, at 500m of altitude which, together with the character that the sandy soil gives to this grape, confers to this wine a stunning crystalline minerality.</p><p>Hand harvested, destemmed grapes, light skin maceration for one night and gentle racking. Spontaneous fermentation and aged for 9 months in barrels of 600L, 500L and 225L. Bottle production is 5,895. It is a vibrant, precise Godello that combines subtle notes of chamomile flower, linden flower, hints of fennel and citrus notes. In the mouth we find crunchy and juicy fruit, a very tasty, fresh and balanced mouth, in which they stand out its finesse and vivacity.</p>
