<p>From one of Beaujolais’ most uncompromising natural growers, <em>Exspectatia</em> comes off Ducroux’s biodynamic, polyculturally farmed estate in Régnié—old Gamay vines rooted in granitic sand and decomposed pink granite. Hand-harvested, whole-cluster fruit undergoes long, slow carbonic fermentation with native yeasts, followed by élevage in neutral vessels and bottling with zero added SO₂.</p>
