<p>This Pinot Noir is part of Jenny & François’s Gaspard label, always sources from sustainably farmed, clay–limestone vineyards in the Saint-Pourçain appellation of the Loire Valley. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented semi-carbonically with native yeasts in 350-hectoliter tanks. Aged for eight months, lightly filtered, and bottled with minimal sulfur—less than 3 g/L—to preserve freshness. </p>
