Sourced from a pergola-trained, 60–70 year-old Grenache vineyard in Bronte, on the northern slopes of Mount Etna, this rosato is produced in minuscule quantity: just 280 bottles made.</p><p>Grapes are hand-harvested, pressed gently with minimal skin contact, and fermented spontaneously in stainless steel without temperature control.
