<p>Fun Facts: Aurora (which means dawn in Italian) is also the name of a small and graceful native butterfly that’s currently at risk of extinction. These can often be spotted in the vines and inspired the wine’s name and label. </p><p>Winemaking: Whole-clusters are direct pressed and left to settle for 30 hours.
