Since the Mann family believes that vines don’t show their true terroir until they are at least 15 years old, this wine is meant to be a pure expression of the Riesling grape. In accordance with their organic and biodynamic principles, all their vineyards have natural grass cover and have compost added in the fall.</p><p>Harvest & Vinification:Hand-picked. Gentle pressing and native yeast fermentation. Aging on the lees.</p>
