<p>Blend of Grenache Noir, Grenache Gris and Macabeu</p><p>Age of vines: 55 years old</p><p>The wine comes from a single vineyard (Coume de l’Olla) and is named after it.</p><p>Winemaking: Grapes are co-fermented in concrete and see a three day maceration. Pressed and racked back into concrete for aging.</p>
