<p>Vernaccia of their certified organic estate vineyards around San Gimignano. Fruit is harvested by hand. Vinified in stainless steel with, according to ancient tradition, the must macerates long with the skins and is pressed as soon as fermentation begins, to extract the native and peasant flavors. It is a straw-colored white, tending to be loaded, the aromas of hay and almond, in the mouth rich in flavors with a dry and decisive aftertaste.</p>
