<p>Made from 100% Verdicchio di Matelica. It embodies the exploration of a different side of the terroir of Matelica from a younger vineyard—Pagliano, 13-years-old—revealing the incredible versatility of Verdicchio. Fifty percent of the grapes are macerated with skins for around seven to ten days. Following fermentation, there was a natural partial-malolactic fermentation, and vinification took place over the next four to five months in concrete vats without protection from oxygen. The result is a wine that reflects the saltiness of the terroir in a youthful wine while showcasing different textual and aromatic layers via skin contact and oxygenation of ripe grapes.-From the importer</p><p>
