The nose is dominated by aromas of fresh and ripe plum and black cherry fruits, along with spices and sweet touches from the oak. The palate is fruity and fresh with soft tannins and medium acidity.35% of the grapes were fermented as a traditional red wine and the rest through the thermo-flash wine-making technique.
