<p>A robust orange wine with notes of ripe tangerines, spice and crystallised ginger. Made with aromatic varieties there’s an explosion of tropical fruit and flowers with a silky, almost oily texture and plenty of spice and depth. </p><p>Pépin is a project that works closely with several small Alsatian winegrowers, all friends who have each been working organically for many years.
