The grape variety of origin shows a decisive note in the aftertaste, which identifies its origin.

Perfect in combination with White Meat, Fresh Cheese and Fish, or in an appetizer.

MATCH IT WITH:HONORS AND AWARDS: 2020 2020

Technical information

PRODUCER Six Souls EstateVINTAGE 2018COUNTRYItalyFORMAT0.75LTYPE Rosé WineGRADATION 12,5%VARIETY BrachettoTEMP MIN 4 °CNAME WATER DOCGTEMP MAX 6 °CREGIONPiedmontPAIRINGWhite Meat, Fresh Cheese, FishPRODUCTION AREAPiedmont

The Cellar and the Estate

Since the end of the 1800s, the Ricossa family owned a renowned distillery on the outskirts of Asti, in Piedmont. After 100 years, Ricossa continues to transmit its centuries-old tradition through the production of wines recognized all over the world. The vineyards, covering over 120 hectares, are located in the most suitable areas of Langhe, Roero and Monferrato, whose heart is located in Castel Boglione (Province of Asti) and it is here that we can find the Tenuta Ca ‘Dei Mandorli. This area is considered by many to be one of the best due to its natural sun exposure thanks to its location on the southern side of the valley. The wines that derive from it thanks to its exposure, and to the extremely sandy soil, the estate offers wines with ample, intense, elegant charm, with great structure, but fresh and velvety, with a long and silky finish.
